- Click on Forgot your Password?
- Enter your registered email for your Scandlearn Account
- Check your inbox for instructions, please note that it can take a few minutes sometimes.
If your email isn't detected by the system, contact your manager(s).
- Getting stuck at the login page and reCAPTCHA is shown? (make sure you are not a robot).
Either follow the steps provided by re-captcha in your session, or try to clear your cookies / cache. More information to clear your cache and cookies, click here: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/. Alternative switch browser and try again.
If you didn't get any emails, please check your spam/junk inbox. Sometimes also a firewall might interfere with emails from Scandlearn. Please make sure you have whitelisted @scandlearn.com & @scandlearn.net top level domains.
